Watermelon Crawl 2019

We’re pleased to announce Watermelon Crawl will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019, from 9 am to 12 pm, at Scott Melons and More in Scott, Arkansas. This is a day of great fun, good food, live music, and hard work. Volunteers gather in the field to help pick and load watermelons for transport, and everyone enjoys traditional harvest games.

Volunteers will be provided with an event t-shirt, reusable water bottle, water and lunch. Volunteers should wear closed-toed shoes.  We recommend you bring gloves and a hat.  We advise you to wear/bring sunscreen and bug spray.

You can find directions to the farm by clicking here.

Please complete the volunteer form/liability waiver below to sign up to participate. If you would prefer to print and fill out the volunteer application/liability waiver, you can access it by clicking here.

Are you a group that would like to volunteer? Please contact Michelle Shope at mshope@arhungeralliance.org for more information.
